Continuum’s support services provide clients with access to expert Python developers and data scientists, who can help integrate and use Continuum products, or answer general and advanced Python “how-to” problems. Our areas of domain expertise in data analysis and scientific computing include finance, geophysics, signal processing, fluid dynamics, medical imaging, and others. Support may be purchased for both free and proprietary libraries included in Continuum’s Python offering.
There are two ways to purchase support:
Incident Based SupportIncident-based support services are provided on a "per use" basis or in convenient 5, 10, 25, and 50 incident packs, allowing you to scale support to your needs. Support services can be provided via online chat, email, or phone. Support services provide direct access to Continuum product engineers and expert Python developers
Subscription SupportFor extended projects or recurring support needs, yearly subscription support may be purchased on all of Continuum’s products, including Anaconda, Wakari, IOPro, MKL Optimizations, and Accelerate. Subscription support ranges from installation support to priority on-call support for critical project or product support need.
